PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure and ensure the safety without impairing a merit as easy to operate a drive manipulation device embodied on the one- lever system. SOLUTION: A coupling rod 1 is formed by extending a forward-reverse changeover lever 81, and at the tip of the rod 1 a main operation lever 2 is installed capable of turning in the direction (the second operating direction) different from the operating direction (the first) of the lever 81, and the operation of the main lever 2 along the second operating direction is transmitted to a throttle lever 71 through a link wire part 3.
