PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate impulse response data capable of expressing the difference of fine acoustic characteristics for each sound field by generating one piece of impulse response data by filtering respective echo diaphragms through a filter having a prescribed pass band, and mutually adding the filtered outputs. SOLUTION: An echo diaphragm calculating means 44 by frequencies finds an attenuation caused by a reflecting plane for each frequency point from the material code matrix of a reflection boundary surface and a reflection factor by frequencies or reflection factor by frequencies for each material based on a sound absorbing coefficient data file 34. Further, air sound absorption is found from an air sound absorbing coefficient data file 36 by frequencies for each frequency point. A filter means 48 respectively filters the calculated echo diaphragms by frequencies in the pass band mutually linked to adjacent bands while including respective corresponding frequency points. Then, an adder 50 adds the filtered outputs of respective bands and one piece of impulse response data is found and preserved in a data file 52. |
