<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module wherein the quality and yield of an output extracting structure is improved, while reducing manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A transparent substrate 11, a plurality of solar cells 12 formed on its backside, a bus bar 13 connected to the cells, a filling material 14 provided for sealing the solar cells 12 on the rear side of the transparent substrate 11, and a sealing material 16 stacked on the backside of the filling material, are provided to the solar cell module. The length of the bus bar 13 is such that its one end side protrudes above one side 11a of the transparent substrate 11, and the protrusion is laid out on the backside of the sealing material 16, which is used as an output extracting line 13b so that the bus bar 13 itself is utilized as is, as the output extracting line 13b. Thus, the number of soldering points on a conductive path introduced from the solar cell to a terminal box 17 on the backside of a module is reduced.</p> |
