METHOD FOR CONNECTING ANTENNA TO IC CHIP IN NON-CONTACT DATA TRANSMISSION-RECEPTION BODY, AND NON-CONTACT DATA TRANSMISSION-RECEPTION BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the trouble of a process by providing a jumper on an insulating layer and to connect an IC chip to an antenna without forming projecting/recessed parts by a through conduction means such as a through hole and caulking. SOLUTION: Two conductive connection faces are provided on a base material formed of synthetic resin. An IC chip mounting body 8 on which the IC chip 6 is mounted and an antenna sheet 3 in which the antenna 2 is formed on the base material made of synthetic resin are overlapped in a state where the conductive connection faces 5 of the IC chip mounting body 8 are made to correspond to the two end parts 9 of the antenna 2, and the loop part 10 of the antenna 2 and the IC chip mounting body 8 are insulated. The base material 4 of the IC chip mounting body 8 and the base material 1 of the antenna sheet 3 at the overlap part of the conductive connection face 5 with the end part 9 of the antenna 2 are welded by an ultrasonic wave.
