PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely connect a center device to a terminal device to which a portable telephone set is externally attached. SOLUTION: A mobile terminal device 10 reads out a telephone number of a mobile telephone set 20 to store it in a telephone number storage means 13. Thereafter, a transmission/reception control part 11 edits the telephone number of the mobile telephone set 20 and terminal information stored in a terminal information storage means 15 by an indication of a start means 14 and transits data to a center 30 through the mobile telephone set 20. In the center 30, the telephone number of the mobile telephone set 20 and terminal information are extracted from received data and are stored in a storage means 33 by a communication control part 31 and an information processor 32. The center 30 transmits indicated information to the mobile terminal device 10 on the basis of an indication from the mobile terminal device 10.
