PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an acrylic adhesive composition having excellent resistance to moist heat, adhesive force/retentivity. SOLUTION: This adhesive composition is characterized in that the composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of an acrylic copolymer resin (A) having a specific composition, 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a surfactant (B) selected from an alkali metal alkylbenzenesulfonate and an alkali metal alkylsulfosuccinate, 0.05-5 pts.wt. of a polyisocyanate compound (C) containing two or more isocyanate groups in the molecule and the component (A) is composed of (a-1) one kind of acrylic acid and an acrylic ester, (a-2) one kind of a radically polymerizable monomer containing a functional group selected from a pyrrolidone group, a morpholino group, glycidyl group, nitrile group and an alkyl-substituted amide group, (a-3) one kind of a radically polymerizable monomer containing a function group to be reacted with an isocyanate group and (a-4) another monofunctional radically polymerizable monomer.
