PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a primer composition capable of improving the adhesion of a urethane-based sealant to a nonporous base material, and capable of providing a coating film having excellent adhesion when being coated on the surface of a glass or a resin glass which is coated a hard coat of silicone, or the like, especially in the use of a sealant for fixing the glass of an automobile. SOLUTION: This primer composition comprises (A) 2-30 wt.% film-forming resin, (B) 2-80 wt.% reaction product of a polysiloxane having two or more epoxy groups in one molecule with an aminosilane, and (C) >=5 wt.% volatile solvent.
