PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the transport time of a rod by carrying the rod without using any rotator devices, and to facilitate the thread-cutting operation when recovering the rod so that even an inexperienced person can patch and recover the rod rapidly. SOLUTION: A rod clamp device 5, a rotator device 6, and a sleeve clamp device 7 are provided on a swing shaft 4 that is supported in parallel with a guide shell 1 of a punching device back and forth while they are separated one another. Also, a rod clamp part 12, a rotator part 18, and a sleeve clamp part 15 are provided at the rod clamp device 5, the rotator device 6, and the sleeve clamp device 7 so that they can be slid freely in a direction for orthogonally crossing the swing shaft 4.
