PURPOSE: An earphone device with code winder is provided, which is capable of preventing a code from being twisted or cut by installing an earphone code winder using a spring restoring force. CONSTITUTION: Code stoppers are attached to both sides of a housing(10). A circuit board(20) is disposed in the housing and connects a phone wire and a jack wire by a circuit pattern. Each of springs(30,30') for code winding has one end fixed to the circuit board and the other end being opened. Each of wiring films(31,31') is attached along a surface of a corresponding spring and has a plurality of stripes which includes a plurality of wire pins provided at a fixing end of the corresponding spring and connectors(38,38') provided at the opened end of the corresponding spring. An earphone code(32) of a phone side is connected to the connector(38) and connects a stripe and a pattern of the circuit board, and an earphone code(32') of a jack side is connected to the connector(38') and connects a stripe and a pattern of the circuit board.
