The invention is about a cork with a tear-off ring (1), one-part design, consisting of the outer jacketed part (9) and the inner jacketed part (10), interconnected by a discoid circular base wall 815) and radially installed trapezoid-shaped plate stiffeners. The inner jacketed part (10) serves to seal the bottle opening and the outer jacketed part (9) serves to prevent and indicate unsolicited opening of the bottle or tampering with the cork. The Cork with Tear-off Ring is pressed on the PET bottle opening and owing to its shape it ensures safe sealing of the opening. What is requiered in use is to tear the ring (3) off the cork (2) by applying manual force to the outlay (6), which breaks the ribbed outlays (5) on the outside of the outer jacketed wall (9). |
