PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the quick cold reservoir effect of a cold reservoir and reduce compressor motive power in a cold reservoir type vehicle air-conditioning device. SOLUTION: The cold reservoir 40 is disposed downstream of airflow in a cooling heat exchanger 9 which cools the air fed to the interior of a vehicle. The cold reservoir 40 is cooled by cold air passing through the heat exchanger 9. A control means is provided for controlling the temperature of the heat exchanger 9 to the desired temperature. At the start of a cold accumulating mode in which cold is accumulated in the cold reservoir 40, the desired temperature is set at a desired initial temperature for cold accumulation and the cold reservoir 40 is quickly cooled. When completion of cold reservoir in the cold reservoir 40 is recognized, the desired temperature is changed to a temperature higher than the desired initial temperature for cold reservoir.
