PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust device capable of reducing the effect of thermal transmission from exhaust gas by making a high temperature exhaust gas not staying in the exhaust device. SOLUTION: In the exhaust device for the gas turbine, an exhaust channel is formed of a turbine shroud and an exhaust tube, a seal ring to keep air tightness of inside and outside the exhaust channel is provided between the turbine shroud and the exhaust tube, and pressure is higher outside the exhaust channel than in the channel. The inner peripheral surface of the end of the turbine shroud opposing to the exhaust tube is disposed closer to the inner side than the inner peripheral side of the end of the exhaust tube opposing the turbine shroud and the inner peripheral surface of the tube shroud is protruded to the side of the exhaust tube, so that the flowing direction of air leaked through a seal ring part from outside the exhaust channel is made to be the same direction or an acute angle with the flow direction of the exhaust gas flowing in the exhaust channel. A space is provided between the seal ring part and the exhaust channel.
