PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve difficulty in accumulating enough points for an exchange with a commodity or a service even though the amount of shopping is large since points do not have mutual compatibility in values, an inconvenience of bulkiness in a wallet or the like due to carrying of a plurality of point cards (cards having a function of recording an accumulated amount of points) since there is no compatibility, and forgetting which store's point card one has when the number of point cards increase. SOLUTION: The processor provides conversion of point values between a plurality of points issued by different issuing subjects. By including notifying location information in personal point information including point values, all or part of the personal point information can be automatically notified and an individual can easily manage one's points. |
