PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the processing conflict of an object element from occurring by the simultaneous execution of a plurality of job processes. SOLUTION: In a scheduling process 15, a previously registered job process required for workflow execution is picked up out of a competition condition DB 14 and the execution schedule information of the scheduled job process is retrieved from a shared DB 13 with an object element name as a key. Next, in the scheduling process 15, a job process to become the competition object of the relevant job process is retrieved from the competition condition DB 14, the pieces of time to execute job processeses are assigned to time zones which do not compete within a term of works and displayed on the GUI to be reported to an operator.
