PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging method allowing utilization of the information such as images obtained at an information communication terminal unit as information for distribution service and capable of charging the information providing charge and information using change. SOLUTION: An information communication system is structured so that an information communication terminal unit 20 is connected through a charging communication network 40 to an information processing means 30 to conduct the specified processing for the information, wherein the information processing means 30 generates an information providing charge in the case the information acquired by the terminal unit 20 is transmitted to the information processing means 30 and stored in memory and generates an information using charge in the case the information stored in the processing means 30 is distributed in conformity to the request of the terminal unit 20. |
