PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display panel, on which an optical filter having an antireflection coating is given, and capable of improving impact resistance and the absorbing power of near-infrared radiation. SOLUTION: This plasma display panel is capable of increasing the breaking energy of impact test to not less than 0.5 joules by sticking a specified optical filter having an antireflection coating on the front surface of a panel via a specified adhesive layer.
