PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair without legs for helping a player who is at an average level of exercise capacity and has difficulty in conditioning by forward bending exercise in a sitting posture due to physical structure in a standing position to enable the player to do the exercise of seated postural anteflexion. SOLUTION: The chair without legs consists of a seat part (1) and a backrest part (2). One end of the seat part (1) and the end of the backrest part (2) are integrated at an inflection point S. On the surface of the backrest part (2), a protrusion part (2a) having a vertex T is formed at a place 5 to 25 cm (1) separated from the inflection point S. An angleαformed by a straight line combining the vertex T and the inflection point S and a straight line combining an end point U at the other end of the seat part (1) and the point S is a right angle or an acute angle.
