PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire for a motorcycle for satisfying all the high-speed durability, turning performance, and slide control performance. SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire 10 for the motorcycle includes bead cores 12, a carcass 14, tread rubber 18, side rubber 26, and a spiral belt 30. The number of cords to be driven into the spiral belt 30 is set as Nmc=30-70/50 mm in a center region CA, and Nms=10-45/50 mm (Nmc/Nms=1.5-3.0) in a shoulder region SA.
