PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply flexible attributes to execute asynchronous network requests. SOLUTION: The flexible attributes are attached to the network requests that can be executed asynchronously. Any number of criteria can be attached to the network requests. The requests are queued until the associated criteria are satisfied. Once the criteria are satisfied, the request is executed. Applications that make the requests are provided with simple success and failure notification that they can respond to with various logic. Any type of criteria can be attached to a request.
