<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress power consumption of a capacitor, required for monitoring a storage state of the capacitor, in a hybrid elevator control system. <P>SOLUTION: A charging control device comprises: a voltage detector 25 detecting voltage of the capacitor 12; an FET 34 interposed between the capacitor 12 and a voltage detector 25; a voltage detection A/D converter 36 energizing the FET 34 at a constant frequency and for a specified time; and a charge/discharge control part referring to each voltage sequentially detected at a constant frequency by the voltage detector 25 and performing a charge/discharge control of the capacitor 12 in regenerative operation and power running of a motor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
