PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine to form an integrated complete tag which contains a pre-printed multi-layer label bonded to a blank tag. SOLUTION: The machine is for bonding the pre-printed label to the blank tag, which is equipped with: a first station for feeding the blank tag to the machine; a second station for feeding the pre-printed label to the machine, stamping the blank tag and the pre-printed label, and bonding the blank tag to the pre-printed label; and the third station for taking out thus stamped tag from the machine.
