PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing which is easily and certainly prevented from dropping out of a groove without applying any work on the groove for fitting the packing, and also to provide the packing suitable for mounting to an automatic machine. SOLUTION: A projected rim 21 for an anti-slip is provided in both sides of a packing main body 20 formed substantially in cross-section and shaped into a strip or annularly on the whole by an elastic member.
