PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input and display device wherein when entered conditions are systematically and graphically displayed on a small display screen using icons, the correspondence between condition entry keys and the graphical indications by the icons is obvious, set conditions can be easily confirmed, and erroneous setting is prevented. SOLUTION: When processing conditions for a copy machine or the like are established, process condition keys 861 displayed in characters on the screen 8 of the input and display device are operated to display the processing conditions lower order than the above-mentioned processing conditions on the screen 8 using icons 841 and 842. A required icon is dragged and moved to a finished copy form icon 851 to establish the processing conditions, and the established conditions are graphically displayed. |
