GAS SUCTION GUIDE APPARATUS FOR HERMETIC COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: A gas suction guide apparatus for hermetic compressor is provided to achieve an improved reliability of compressor by minimizing vibration noise from being transferred to the closed container, while increasing the amount of refrigerant gas being sucked into the cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A gas suction guide apparatus comprises a suction guide rubber(20), a suction guide spring(30) and a fixing ring(40). The suction guide rubber is fixed to an inlet of a muffler(12) communicated to a cylinder, and has a gas flow channel formed inside of the guide rubber. The suction guide spring is formed by a coil which is wound several turns, and has an end fixed to an end of a suction pipe(13) positioned within a closed container and the other end inserted into the gas flow channel of the suction guide rubber. The fixing ring is inserted between the inner periphery of the gas flow channel of the suction guide rubber and the outer periphery of the suction guide spring, and fixes the suction guide spring and serves as a damping mass.
