PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide software components for quickly and accurately transmitting using circumstances to a manager side, and for quickly detecting the misuse of software components when software components are misused. SOLUTION: This software components are characterized by making a computer execute: a use circumstance information transmission step for transmitting use circumstance information showing the use circumstances of a software module to an external component management server when the software module is executed in software components including one or more software modules; a use time information transmission step for transmitting use time information showing time when the software module is executed to the component management server; a component information transmission step for transmitting component identification information for identifying the software components to the component management server; and a use equipment information transmission step for transmitting the use equipment information for identifying the computer by which the software components are executed to the component management server.
