PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle device capable of securing high dustproof and waterproof functions with a simple structure without restriction on layout. SOLUTION: In the throttle device 1 making a throttle shaft 4 rortatably supported by a throttle body 2, having a throttle valve 5 opening and closing an intake passage 3 attached to the throttle shaft 4, and having a throttle opening sensor 6 detecting opening of the throttle valve 5 attached to the throttle body 2, a filter 9 comprising a semi permeable film allowing permeation of air is provided on the throttle opening sensor 6 as one unit.
