PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation transmitting mechanism and a cylinder for a concentric rotor piston type internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: The rotation of two rotors rotated at inconstant velocity is received by an eccentric rod deviant from a correlation type crank and a connecting wire, and a rotation shaft of a planet gear, and transmitted to one output arm and taken out to an output shaft by using the rotational angle velocity modulation of the eccentric rod obtained by planetary-rotating the planet gear in an internal gear frame with the three-times number of teeth, and moreover, the two rotors themselves are bound by one output arm and rotated periodically. A force in a reverse direction is received by a one-way clutch and passed off by bend of the connecting wire, and then, an explosive power is taken out as a rotational output as a structure not transmitted to the output side. Furthermore, a collisional mechanism is provided in a crank to prevent the occurrence of overcompression in a compression chamber when a piston is deflected from periodical rotational movement by the bend of the connecting wire.
