PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor decorative material preventing the turning-up of the floor decorative material by minimally suppressing the effect of a wind received by the floor decorative material while enabling a drainage for rainwater or the like and having high safety and design property. SOLUTION: The floor decorative material 1 is formed in a cross-sectional structure weighted towards an underside 10b grounded onto a floor face more than the top face 10a side, and has a large number of opening sections 11 etc. bored in the thickness direction. In the floor decorative material 1, the opening areas of each opening section 11 are formed so as to be gradually reduced from the top face 10a of the floor decorative material body to the underside 10b. Accordingly, when the floor decorative material 1 is laid on the floor face 3, an inflow from a side section of the wind is prevented, and a floating by the wind is prevented.
