PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance sticking workability and make waterproof performance absolutely secure, by realizing an extensible adhesive waterproof sheet, the surface of which is equipped with tack-free properties when the sheet is stuck, and which can easily cover a portion having shape retention capacity necessary during construction, equipped with extensibility and having a complicated shape. SOLUTION: This extensible adhesive waterproof sheet comprises an extensible base material, an extensible waterproof layer with adhesion, which is formed on the top surface of the extensible base material, and an adhesive material layer with extensibility, which is formed on the undersurface of the extensible waterproof layer. In the extensible adhesive waterproof sheet, an outer-hull layer is formed on the surface of the extensible waterproof layer via transfer foil with tack-free properties; a release film is formed on the surface of the adhesive material layer; the outer-hull layer comprises a paper material, and a resin coating layer which is interposed between the paper material and the transfer foil so as to facilitate the release of the transfer foil; and the release film comprises a film material, and a silicon coating layer which is interposed between the film material and the surface of the adhesive material layer so as to facilitate separation from the adhesive material layer.
