<p>A display device is provided to repeat the evaporation and condensation of a heat transfer medium as reducing the occupancy space of a cooling pin. A cooler(100) is arranged at a rear side of a driving unit(14). A sink pad(200) is arranged at a rear side of the driving unit. A cooling fin(300) is arranged at a rear side of the sink pad. In the single body of the cooling pin, a plurality of space units are formed. In inner walls of the space units, a wick is formed. The cooling pin has a heat transfer medium built in the space units. A groove(310) is formed on an outer surface of the cooling pin.</p> |
