摘要 An apparatus for preparing ice cream with layered chocolate is provided to prevent a chocolate discharge passage from being blocked due to hardened and cooled chocolate, thereby improving productivity. An apparatus for preparing ice cream with layered chocolate comprises an injection nozzle unit, an ice cream supply unit, a chocolate supply unit and a hot-water supply unit. The injection nozzle unit prevents the chocolate from being hardened by supplied hot water. The ice cream supply unit supplies ice cream to an ice cream discharge passage(11) of the injection nozzle unit. The chocolate supply unit supplies chocolate to a chocolate discharge passage(12) of the injection nozzle unit. The hot-water supply unit supplies hot water with more than predetermined temperature to a hot-water supply passage(14). The injection nozzle unit is equipped with: an ice cream injection nozzle(15) with an ice cream discharge passage; a chocolate injection nozzle; an insulating material which covers the ice cream injection nozzle; a hot-water supply passage partitioning member; and a chocolate discharge passage partitioning member.
