A manufacturing method of a heating water distributer is provided to cut a heating water distributor by desired length after processing a branched pipe of various diameter to the moving direction of stainless steel plate in turn. A manufacturing method of a heating water distributer arranges a branched pipe on stainless steel plate using female and male pressing rotator(30,40) in a drilling burring part. The female and male pressing rotators comprises a first burring groove(31-2) and a first burring tool(41-2), a second and third drilling groove(33-1) and a second and third drilling tools(42-1,43-1), a second and third burring groove and a second and third burring tools(42-2,43-2), a fourth drilling groove and a fourth drilling tool(44-1), and a fourth burring groove and a fourth burring tool(44-2), and a fifth drilling groove and a fifth drilling tool, and a fifth burring groove and a fifth burring tool. A branched pipe having 15Phi and 20Phi is selectively machined in the stainless steel plate. |
