PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quartz glass lamp marking method in which a lamp is not damaged, the cost is low, the durability is excellent, and contrast is high, and a quartz glass lamp manufactured using the method. SOLUTION: A metal weld-sealed sheet is marked by using laser beam through quartz glass in the quartz glass having at least one metal weld-sealed sheets 10 and 12 surrounded by quartz glass in order to supply voltage to a light emitting means 15 provided inside a lamp vessel.
