PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling left-right driving force is provided to prevent a difference of driving power in a switching of an adjusting unit and a limiting unit from abruptly changing by controlling the adjusting unit and the limiting unit by a synthetic control amount. CONSTITUTION: A first calculating unit(62) calculates a first control amount including traveling direction of driving power corresponding to a driving state of the vehicles. The second calculating unit(64) calculates a second control amount coping with the control amount of a limiting unit. A third calculating unit(66) calculates a third control amount including the amount of traveling direction of the driving force and the second control amount. A fourth calculating unit(68) calculates a fourth control amount synthesizing the first control amount and the third control amount. A selecting unit(70) selects an adjusting unit or the limiting unit is according to a predetermined condition.
