摘要

PURPOSE: A mobile phone is provided to remove the necessity to print coupon one by one by offering coupon using IC card. CONSTITUTION: A client system(105) selects coupon to the goods or service. A coupon operating system(100) creates the coupon of the personal information link type. The coupon operating system transmits the coupon connected personal information through network with the client system. If an IC(Integrated Circuit) card(120) is acknowledged, the client system records the coupon information in the IC card. The value added network business carrier(130) enforces the authentication of the coupon information. The POS(Point Of Sales) terminal(125) processes payment and coupon usage about the IC card.
