PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control operation system that can reduce the probability that a user who is authorized to perform a remote control operation of equipment as a remote control operation target cannot deal with the equipment when a notification of promoting the user to perform the remote control operation on the equipment is made, so that dealing of the equipment is performed with a delay.SOLUTION: In a case where a user who is authorized to perform a remote control operation is given with a notification of promoting the user to perform a remote control operation on equipment, when the equipment is not operated within a predetermined period, another user is temporarily authorized to perform a remote control operation on the equipment, and a notification of promoting the other use to perform the remote control operation on the equipment is also made.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
