PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the situation where a medium is not used even when printing is enabled.SOLUTION: A print control section 40 includes: a print data output section 41 outputting print data for printing in an image forming apparatus; and an alarm determination section 42 determining whether an alarm has been generated in the image forming apparatus. When a determination is made that an alarm has been generated, a printed page count acquisition section 43 acquires the number of pages completely printed in the image forming apparatus. An alarm type determination section 45 determines whether the type of the alarm requires correction of the number of pages completely printed. A printed page count correction section 46 corrects the number of pages completely printed when correction of the number of pages completely printed is required. A print restart instruction section 47 instructs the image forming apparatus to restart printing from a page following a printed page indicated by the corrected number of pages completely printed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
