PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber cutting knife for a tire in which cost can be reduced by reducing use of material, a failure rate is reduced by eliminating difficulty of machining and can meet deadlines.SOLUTION: A rubber cutting knife for a tire comprises a first thickness variation part 110 where a thickness is linearly changed from a sharp cutting part, and a second thickness variation part 120 tangentially connected to the first thickness variation part and forming a curved surface. The rubber cutting knife for a tire is formed by comprising: a thickness variation part 100 forming a rectangular shape having a vertical length longer than a horizontal length when viewed from the front, and having a thickness increased so as to go to the upper part from the lower part when viewed from the side; a body part 200 extended from the end of the second thickness variation part in the vertical direction with a constant thickness; a connector 300 projected from the center in the upper surface of the body part, having a diameter smaller than the width of the body part, and having a tap 310 formed in the center of the upper surface; and a fastening bolt 400 screwed in the tap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
