PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a renting device which is installed in each of a plurality of stations capable of storing at least one rental object so as to allow a user to rent and return the at least one rental object, and inhibits the user from committing a fraud when the user inputs data required to rent or return the rental object.SOLUTION: A renting device 30 is installed in a station 20. The renting device 30 is configured to display a cipher 66, which is dynamic with respect to at least the position of the station, on a screen 68 from moment to moment.
