PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin modifier that improves impact resistance of a thermoplastic resin without diminishing mechanical properties, such as heat resistance and a flexural modulus.SOLUTION: The resin modifier (Y) for a thermoplastic resin (D) containing a block polymer (X) composed of a block of a polycarbonate (a) and a block of a polycarbodiimide (b) is disclosed. Preferably, (a) in the block polymer (X) is an aromatic polycarbonate, and preferably the block of (b) includes a thermoplastic resin (c) in the side chain thereof. |
