PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication apparatus that accumulates information concerning a position determined to be safe in addition to a dangerous position, and a radio communication method.SOLUTION: A radio communication apparatus 200 includes: a reception unit 201, for receiving through radio communication positional information concerning positions of the other radio communication apparatuses and measured values of users' vital signs of the other radio communication apparatuses; a determination unit 202, for determining whether a position on the basis of the positional information is safe on the basis of the measured value; and a storage unit 203, for storing a position on the basis of the positional information and information as to whether being safe determined by the determination part by correlating them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
