PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency signal amplifying device that can suppress loop oscillation among plural Doherty amplifiers.SOLUTION: A high frequency signal amplifying device has a distributor, a first amplification part, a second amplification part, an oscillation suppressing part and a compositor. The first amplification part has a first distribution part, a first carrier amplifier, a first peak amplifier and a first composition part. The second amplification part has a second distribution part, a second carrier amplifier, a second peak amplifier and a second composition part. The second carrier amplifier is adjacent to the first carrier amplifier, or the second peak amplifier is adjacent to the first peak amplifier. The oscillation suppressing part suppresses oscillation occurring between the adjacent first carrier amplifier and second carrier amplifier or between the adjacent first peak amplifier and second peak amplifier.
