PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-mounted type display device that can attract attention of a user to a real object existing in the real world, while ensuring visibility in the real world.SOLUTION: A head-mounted type display device allowing a user to visually recognize a virtual image comprises: an image display part that causes the user to visually recognize the virtual image; an image acquisition part that acquires an outer scenery image in the direction of visual field of the user wearing the head-mounted type display device; and a guide part that performs guide by sound about an object of attention that is at least one real object existing in the real world and included in the acquired outer scenery image, the real object attracting attention of the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
