摘要 |
The present invention relates to a molecular probe, and specifically, to a molecular probe enabling CNG DNA repetitive base sequences to be detected which comprises nano-gold as a quencher, i.e., fluorescence-attenuating material, and is capable of detecting CNG DNA repetitive sequences, and an analysis method using the molecular probe. Specifically, the present invention relates to a molecular probe for detecting CNG repetitive sequences comprising nucleic acid substance, a detection unit, and fluorescence-attenuating material, wherein the detection unit is a fluorescence-emitting dye, the fluorescence-attenuating material is nano-gold, and the nucleic acid substance is a nucleic acid substance in which CNG sequences are repeated. More specifically, the present invention relates to a molecular probe for detecting CNG repetitive sequences characterized in that the nucleic acid substance consists of 30-mer nucleotides in which a CTG sequence or a CAG sequence is repeated 10 times, the detection unit is Thymine which is represented by 5-carboxyfluorescein (FAM) connected to a 5 end of the nucleic acid substance, and the fluorescence-attenuating material is nano-gold connected to a 3 end of the nucleic acid substance which is modified into thiol, and relates to applications of the molecular probe for detecting CNG repetitive sequences. |
