The present invention provides a chassis welding apparatus for a framer process. The present invention provides the chassis welding apparatus, comprising: a main rail (100) installed along a framer process line; a plurality of carriers (200) on which gate mounting plates (250) are mounted which moves along the main rail (100); an insertion-extraction stage (10) inserting or extracting the carrier (200), carried along the main rail (100) while a gate corresponding to a type of car to be processed is mounted on the gate mounting plate (250), into a chassis within a welding section; and an exchange stage (20) exchanging a carrier (200) on which a gate corresponding to another type of car is mounted with a carrier (200) carried along the main rail (100) after a process is finished in the insertion-extraction stage (10). The exchange stage (20) comprises: a switch car (310) installed in a space having a shape of cutting the main rail (100), on which a first rail (302) and a second rail (304) capable of being engaged with the main rail (100) are mounted in two rows; and a rail switching device (300) moving the switch car (310) forwards and backwards in a cross direction with respect to the main rail (100) to match one between the first rail (302) and the second rail (304) with the main rail (100). The present invention operates the carrier on which switchable rails and gate are mounted; thereby reducing exchange time of the gate corresponding to each type of car, and conveniently realizing the gate exchange by continuous processes. |
