PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a damping sheet in which a polyethylene terephthalate film can be laminated during the molding of the damping sheet and which can unify processes and makes the damping sheet exhibit good damping performance. SOLUTION: The damping sheet in which a damping layer 6 and the polyethylene terephthalate film 7 are laminated is obtained by a process in which a resin composition 1 containing rubber or a thermoplastic elastomer, a thermoplastic resin, and inorganic powder is charged between the first roll 2 and the second roll 3, heated, rolled, and let to the third roll to make the damping layer 6. When the damping layer 6 is inserted between the third roll 4 and the fourth roll 5, the polyethylene terephthalate film 7, which is prepared in advance, is inserted simultaneously, heated, and rolled. |
