PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED array in which emission intensity is made uniform between the respective light-emitting elements. SOLUTION: One conductivity-type semiconductor layers 2 and reverse conductivity-type semiconductor layers 3 are laminated in the order on a high resistance silicon substrate 1, and common electrodes 5 are connected and are arranged on extending parts 7 where the one conductivity-type semiconductor layers 2 are extended. A light-emitting element group is formed by aligning four light-emitting elements, and a plurality of the light-emitting element groups are arranged in an array type. In the light-emitting element group, parts to the common electrodes 5 are electrically connected, in such a manner that electrode intervals S are made different in parts between the respective light- emitting elements, and the electrode intervals S become equal in parts to the light-emitting elements of the other light-emitting element group. The width of the electrode is increased, as the electrode interval S is increased. The width of the electrodes is increased, and the electrodes are formed in line-symmetric patterns, as the electrode interval s is increased to both of the extending parts of the one light-emitting element group and the other light-emitting element group. |
