PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ceramic composite member without generating peeling or warping on interface between heterogeneous materials by making shrinkage behavior, especially starting temperature of sintering shrinkage accord between the mutually heterogeneous material. SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing the ceramic composite member, provided a process of forming plural ceramic composition made of different composition into a fixed shape, laminating the compacts and baking the compacts at the same time, the ceramic composition 1a, 1e, 1f, 1g except the ceramic composition 1b, 1c, 1d whose temperature of starting shrinkage is higher than the above ceramic composition, are previously heat treated at a lower temperature than the temperature of starting shrinkage especially, by 10-70 deg.C lower than the temperature of starting shrinkage. |
