The present invention provides a demolishing structure for an upper structure of a bridge and a demolishing method for an upper structure of a bridge using the same. The demolishing structure is to demolish an upper structure (10) of a bridge comprising: an abutment (20); the bridge pier (30); and an upper structure (10) mounted on the upper part of the abutment (20) and the bridge pier (30). The demolishing structure for an upper structure of a bridge includes: a lower blocking layer (110) arranged at intervals in the lower part of the upper structure (10) and formed in the longitudinal direction of the upper structure (10); and a side blocking layer (120) connected to both sides of the lower blocking layer (110) and arranged at intervals on both sides of the upper structure (10), wherein the side blocking layer (120) formed in the longitudinal direction of the upper structure (10). The demolishing structure can prevent scattering dust and waste from leaking to a sea or a river and can improve efficiency and an economic feasibility by collecting cutting water and recycling the cutting water. The demolishing structure can obtain stability of construction to obtain quality even after demolition.
