The present invention relates to a combustion chamber (26), having a duct wall (10) to guide a high-temperature gas flow (9) inside a high-temperature gas flow passage while operation. The duct wall (10) has a double wall configuration, comprising: an inner surface (11); an outer surface (12); and a wall cavity (13). A sleeve (15) at least partially surrounds the duct wall (10) to guide cooling gas (16) to an outlet end part (21) along the outer surface of the duct wall (10) inside a cooling channel (17) between the sleeve (15) and the duct wall (10). The cavity is opened to the cooling channel (17). Moreover, the present invention relates to a gas turbine (1) having the combustion chamber (26).
